Mbarara-based musician Robros Kanyankole has been arrested and detained for exposing musicians infected with HIV/AIDS.
Robros created an account called Mbrara HIV a few months back, where he has been disseminating content linking prominent figures to being HIV positive.
As he was navigating the TikTok buttons, he accidentally launched a live feed, exposing his face to his followers and fans.
Despite immediately deterring the live session, he was noticed, and netizens were so quick to criticize him for his actions.
Some of those affected by his malicious claims filed a police report, and investigations into the matter were immediately launched.
Robros Kanyankole was hence arrested and detained by the police, where he acknowledged being the person behind the TikTok account in question.

He apologized for his actions, claiming he was chasing numbers to gain fame. The upcoming singer noted that he had learned the hard way and asked for forgiveness, with assurance that he is now a better version of himself.
