Renowned events, sports, wildlife, and product photographer Saad Shots, real name Byakuleka Saad, has died today, April 18, 2025, following a motorbike accident.
The news of Saad Shots’ death was broken by one of X/Twitter influencers, Alton, alias Newton Allan, who shared the sad news on the platform before it spread widely across social media.
According to Alton, he rang Saad’s phone for undisclosed reasons, and to his dismay, the latter’s relatives announced his passing.
Alton revealed that the person on the call informed that Saad had experienced an accident, which claimed his dear life.

The Deputy Police Spokesperson, Kampala Metropolitan, Luke Owoyesigyire, confirmed the development, revealing that the accident occurred at Bugonga Junction near the Air Base.

He added that both riders died on the spot, and efforts are underway to have their bodies taken to Mulago City Mortuary.
