Sheebah Karungi’s concert registers resounding success

Established female star, Sheebah Karungi will go down in the books of history as one of the top female artists who filled up Lugogo Cricket Oval during her ‘Neyanziza’ concert that happened on Friday, 5th October.

The self-styled Karma Queen rose to fame in 2011 following the release of her all-time hit single titled ‘Ice Cream’ which pushed her music career to the top with no looking back.

Since then, she gathered a sizable number of fans and yesterday was a testament of her huge fan base as revelers started flocking to the venue in the afternoon, many hours before the show officially kicked off.

By 7 pm, the concert grounds were already full and at some point, the show was put to a halt after some of the members of the audience started fainting due to the congestion. Security was seen evacuating them from the crowd for first aid.

The biggest highlight of the night was when she made her first appearance on stage revealing her huge baby bump. The excitement sent fans into a frenzy and amidst ululations and screams, Sheebah Karungi performed her first song of the night, ‘Beera Nange.’
