Media personality Sheilah Gashumba has addressed prostitution allegations thrown at her recently on social media, engineered by MC Kats.
Through her X handle, Sheilah Gashumba addressed the ambitious young ladies, preparing them for the group of insecure men who will use the prostitution card on them once they become successful. In her explanation, Sheilah noted that men often refer to women as prostitutes in a bid to cover up for their insecurities, failures, and laziness.
“Even when a woman has a big role in the corporate world, the insecure men will say ‘she slept her way up there’. You will never meet a successful, secure man calling a woman he has never ‘bought’ a prostitute. Most men don’t love the idea of a successful woman; it messes up their ego,” she said.
Sheilah further advised the young women to keep chasing their goals and dreams and let naysayers slow them down.
The catfight between the two ex-colleagues started when Sheilah called for MC Kats to quit his job as a TV presenter to create space for the upcoming generation. This was during an interview with Kasuku, where she gave her reasons for letting go of her TV career, citing low pay.
This rubbed MC Kats the wrong way, and in retaliation, he challenged Sheilah to reveal her main source of income, which funds the lavish lifestyle she lives.

He insinuated that she was hiding behind bar gigs to hook up rich men, thus misleading the young generation that looks up to her.
