Socialite and talent manager Olim Charles alias Sipapa has vowed to deal with those harassing musicians on stage by pelting them with flying objects.
During an interview with a local TV station, Sipapa stated that he has been hearing of bottle pelting, but he had never paid close attention until recently at the Galaxy FM concert.

It should be recalled that singer Big Eye was precipitated with flying objects believed to be bottles as he performed at Jahazi Pier Munyonyo last week.
The self-branded senior citizen said he was among the revealers and witnessed Police and Military laugh at Big Eye while he was showered with bottles.
He added that he wanted to arrest whoever was involved in the act, but it was ethical to first seek permission from the authorities.
Sipapa thinks those harassing musicians on stage are ghetto youths, who belong to NUP political camp and believes that he has the ability to stop them.
