Rising artist Sqoop Larma has wished his nemesis Geosteady a quick recovery despite the ongoing beef between them.
In an interview with Galaxy, Sqoop Larma acknowledged that despite not being on good terms with Geosteady, he could never wish anything bad to happen to him.
Geosteady has been struggling with drug addiction for some time now and has been in and out of rehabilitation centres.
While many hoped Sqoop Larma would rejoice over his sad situation, he hoped that he would recover quickly and get back to the music for his fans and children’s sake.
“I cannot lie, but I pray for him. The situation he is in is not good. He is an amazing and talented artist and a lot of people love him, plus he has a lot of responsibilities. Whatever happens between us is normal; we fight like guys but I cannot wish him to be in the situation he is in,” Sqoop Larma revealed.
The feud between the two artists stems from years back when Geosteady allegedly snatched Sqoop Larma’s then-girlfriend. Sqoop Larma made it known that Geosteady’s actions significantly affected him because he was his teacher at school.

Larma reveals he confronted Geosteady about his lady, and that was the last time he ever talked to him. He further stressed that he drew inspiration for his ‘Natelela’ song from his past experiences and that it is a dedication to his ex-lover.
“I cannot thank him (Geosteady) for anything. I just forgave him for what he did. For my song, I can maybe thank my ex because her choosing him inspired me,” Sqoop Larma added.
