Stecia Mayanja Says Ibra K Mukasa Led to the Revocation of Her Travel Company’s License Hence her Suffering

Singer and actress Hajat Stecia Mayanja revealed that media personality Ibrah K Mukasa was among the people that campaigned for her travel company license to get revoked.

Almost a decade back, Stecia Mayanja supplemented her music career with a travel company known as Spema Uganda International Limited.

A few years after the company’s inception, its competitors embarked on fighting it, with claims that it was behind human trafficking activities, contrary to its terms of service.

The rivals used the media to further their cause, and Ibra K Mukasa, among others, worked tirelessly to circulate the false claims in order to please their masters.

The singer who made the revelation during Ibra K Mukasa’s Extra Digest YouTube show added that the latter disseminated the venous utterances for a full week during his reign at the morning show at UBC.

Upon the authorities from the Ministries of Labour and Internal Affairs landing on the allegations, they were so quick to act and Stecia’s Spema Company license was revoked.

Spema was closed along with Migro Opportunity limited, Oasis External Employment Agency, and Al-salaam logistics consultancy.

She went on to say that the Anti-Human Trafficking Taskforce’s decision to revoke her company’s license was a watershed event in her suffering, which continues to this day.
