Swangz Avenue has today expanded its flourishing music label with one artist. Josephine Nakyoonyi, stage name Zafarani is the pristine artist looking forward to starting her music career with the label.
Acording to a video shared on Swangz Avenue’s social media platforms, Zafarani inked her contract with the music label at their industrial area office in presence of the label’s lawyers.

The contract details have not been disclosed but according to a close source, it’s a long-term recording agreement.
The insider further revealed that the singer has been under training for months working as a backup artist during the Tusker Malt Conver sessions.
Upon proving her musical prowess, she landed a soupy deal with Swangz Avenue taking the number of female artists managed by the music label directly to 4.
In a recent interview, Benon Mugumbya, Director at the label maintained that Swangz intends to retain all its artists and add several more to the label.
