One of East Africa’s finest record labels Swangz Avenue yesterday jetted its stars to Zanzibar for a week-long creative retreat ahead of #SwangzAllStarAlbum.
Over a week back, Swangz Avenue announced its intention to release the Swangz All-Star Album featuring most of Uganda’s gifted talents.
Yesterday on Wednesday, the label initiated efforts to actualize the All-Star Album, as they jetted to Zanzibar to fulfill several tasks.
Jetting the Uganda Airlines, Swanz creatives including artists, producers, and writers successfully landed in Zanzibar ahead of recording the long-awaited album.
Based on the video shared by the label’s social media platforms, the creatives started with a workout session at one of the beaches in Zanzibar led by Winnie Nwagi.
