After six years of prosperity under Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB), Tanzanian singer Rayvanny has today officially parted ways with the record label.
Rayvanny real name Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa joined WCB in 2015 after quitting Tip Top Connection music group.
His music career under WCB registered a tremendous success, evidenced by becoming the first Tanzanian singer to hit the Billboard Charts, the first artiste from his country to reach 100 million streams on Boomplay, once nominated in the prestigious BET awards, and performed on big platforms like MTV and Dubai Expo.

Taking to his Instagram account, Rayvanny shared a farewell post, where he reminisced his music journey and achievements under WCB.
The “Tetema” star further thanked his former boss Diamond Platnumz, for the platform and a conducive working environment rendered to exhibit his musical prowess to the world.

In Diamond’s response, he commented with a phrase that said ” NLM PRESIDENT! Let’s Gooooooo!” before crowning him a king with a crown emoji.
Rayvani’s next move after quitting WCB is to focus on his record label, Next Level Music (NLM), where he will mentor fresh new talents.
