Sheebah Karungi has come public and criticized fellow singer Spice Diana and her manager for arresting dancer Ritah Dancehall.
Over the weekend, renowned dancer and video vixen Ritah Dancehall was arrested and detained at Central Police Station (CPS) Kampala for allegedly making defamatory utterances against Spice Diana.
It should be remembered that after Spice Diana successfully held her concert a few weeks back, Ritah took to her socials and criticized some of the concert highlights.
Rubbed that wrong way, Spice and manager Roger slapped Ritah with an intention to sue letter, where the dancer was required to pay UGX 100m for damages inflicted on the singer’s brand.
However, Ritah insisted that she would rather sleep behind coolers, but she wasn’t willing to apologize or pay the aforementioned amount of money.
In an unfortunate turn of events, Ritah was over the weekend arrested, before being charged with defamatory charges.
Spice Diana and Lubega Roger’s move of arresting Ritah, however, didn’t impress a number of the industry stakeholders, including Sheebah who took to her socials and vented her dissatisfaction.

Sheebah revealed that she was sad that the issue had to get that far, before noting that there would’ve been other avenues to solve their grievances rather than imprisonment.
She pledged to reach out to Spice Diana through a phone call, to see that they reach a common ground in a Mature, Kind & Respectful manner.

Am sad that it had to get that far cause I personally don’t think it should have gotten that far. I still think there could’ve been a better way to settle this other than Jail kubanga abantu ngabatwogerera!! Bwetunasiba buli omu tunakomawa?? But then again, maybe that’s just me. Let me make a phone call and see if there’s any way we can solve this as Mature, Kind & Respectful Humans.
