Singer Nakiyingi Veronica Luggya alias Vinka has distanced herself from snubbing labelmate Azawi’s maiden concert last week.
On 22 July, singer Azawi held her debut concert at Lugog grounds, which was successful.
Different Ugandan musicians and stakeholders swarmed the concert venue in support of the singer.
However, netizens noticed that Vinka was nowhere to be seen at the concert, leaving them wondering why.
In an interview with Sanyuka Tv at Lugogo Cricket Oval on Friday, Vinka revealed that she didn’t intentionally snub Azawi’s concert.
The mother of one stressed that Azawi’s concert came at a time when she was already booked to perform in Canada hence her absence.

Vinka maintained that even though she didn’t show up at the concert, she had Azawi in her prayers.
