We Attained All Our Wealth Before Getting Married – Barbie Kyagulanyi

Barbie Kyagulanyi, wife to singer and politician Bobi Wine left revelers shocked after she revealed the amount of wealth they accumulated before cementing their bond as a married couple.

Bobi and Barbie have an interesting love story and they are always not shy about telling it to the world. The couple met during the Christmas period of 2001 during a stage play at the National Theater and went on to be one of the most powerful couples in the entertainment industry.

Unlike other couples who prioritize weddings before achieving anything in life, Barbie Kyagulanyi in a sit-down interview revealed she and her husband first worked towards reaching a certain level of success before they could spend money on an extravagant wedding.

“We built all this when we were not wedded, we bought the place where NUP sits when we were not married, we bought Busabala when we were not married, we built Magere when we were not married. Most of the things we have, we put them in place before we got married because we felt like the money we would have used for our wedding, we needed to put it somewhere more visible so we could have resulted,”

Barbie Kyagulanyi and Bobi Wine were inseparable and dated for close to ten years before they made the decision to walk down the aisle on 27th August 2011.
