It is part of my love language – Winnie Nwagi urges women to uplift their men financially

Swangz Avenue musician Winnie Nwagi has given her opinion regarding women giving their men money.

Speaking during her appearance at Crysto Panda’s ‘Champanya’, TikTok live broadcast, Winnie Nwagi noted that it is perfectly fine for a woman to financially support her partner, especially when they are in love.

From her experience, Nwagi revealed that it is her love language and she has never hesitated to offer her man a helping hand when he is struggling.

While dismissing the societal stereotypes, Winnie Nwagi asserts that this kind of gesture is an expression of love. She went ahead to question women who would turn down the opportunity of falling in love because of a man’s financial status.

“That is my love language; I love sharing and I do not mind it. How do I start eating in front of my person and he doesn’t have money, but I do not share with him; yet I love him? What kind of love is that? That is my love language, and I can do that over and over again.

Being broke is not for men only. Even women and we all have to work hard. The same way a woman can go broke, a man can also find himself in a position when he doesn’t have money. It is very possible, and you might find yourself falling in love with this person,” she said.
