Renowned rapper Gravity Omutujju’s song “Doboozi Lya Mutuuze” has been removed from YouTube due to a violation of copyright laws.
The song, which was released a few days ago, seemed to target fellow singer Bobi Wine.
In “Doboozi Lya Mutuuze,” Gravity Omutujju utilized the instrumental from Bobi Wine’s song “Kiwaani,” with a few alterations.
The lyrics of the song criticize dishonest politicians who make empty promises to their constituents and those who demand government resources without walking the talk.
Unfortunately, the song did not adhere to YouTube’s guidelines regarding copyright infringement.
Consequently, a copyright infringement complaint was filed by Bobi Wine’s channel, resulting in the removal of Gravity’s song from the video-sharing platform.
