TV personality and actress Precious Remmie alias Ray P has warned people against sending their hypocritical condolences and showing sympathy only in times of death, despite not being on talking terms with the grieving person before the incident.
The Sanyuka TV presenter during her morning show made these comments, emphasizing the advantages of genuine relationships and friendships.
Ray P issued a stern warning to all those who she is not on good terms with not to pretend to care or send condolences to her when she or any of her family members pass on.
Precious Remmie noted how pretense towards your nemesis during these difficult times holds no value, arguing that it is always better to make amends before the incident than feign concern when death happens.
If we have not been talking, why would I go on my page and post you after death? Why would I pretend to love you after you are dead? If we have been enemies and not seeing eye to eye, death doesn’t make me like you.
I want to tell anyone that if we have been enemies, do not appear anywhere to bury my loved ones, not even bury me. Why don’t we make amends while still alive and wait to pretend when death occurs? If we are not friends, don’t come. I don’t care even if there are two people around me during death, Precious Remmie said.
Precious Remmie made these comments following the death of Gravity Omutujju’s mother, Kajoina Jane which happened last Friday, and being a friend to the rapper, she joined his followers to leave a condolence on his grieving post on social media.

The death of Gravity Omutujju’s mother hurt me so much because he is my friend. When I saw the sad news, I took a moment of silence and prayed for him. I did not post but I went to his page and sent my condolences, Ray P said.
