Singing duo of the Ugaboys have expressed their belief that Uganda lacks certified songwriters, aside from the late Mowzey Radio.
They have pointed out that numerous self-proclaimed songwriters in the country do not meet the expected standards for delivering quality work.
The duo emphasized the need for these writers to seek assistance in their craft, rather than claiming to be professional songwriters when their services do not meet the required quality.
Furthermore, they highlighted that these writers should not feel entitled to awards, as they do not deserve them and should be returned to their rightful owners.
