Since its inception in 2013, the ASFAs have evolved into one of the most prestigious red-carpet events on the continent.
The awards have celebrated icons and industry pioneers such as David Tlale, Mafikizolo, Mai Atafo, Her Royal Highness Princess Elizabeth Bagaya of Tooro, Supermodel Aamito Stacy Lagum, Santa Aanzo, Ozward Boateng, Jidenna, and East African celebrities Sauti Sol, Kenzo, Bebe Cool, A Pass, and many more.
