The Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs who doubles as an events promoter, Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi has vowed to put behind bars any man that would be found having sexual relations or a romantic affair with popular teenage TikToker Musimenta Emmanuella alias Pretty Nicole.
Pretty Nicole rose to fame after a video surfaced on social media showing her being assaulted by a group of friends including Kafta Queen who claimed she had snatched her boyfriend.
Hon. Balaam Barugahara has come forward to caution mature men, warning them to stay away from Pretty Nicole, or else face jail for messing with a minor.
We are going to start arresting all those mature men who get sexually involved with Pretty Nicole. How can you sleep with such a young girl? Men should stop going for young girls. How can you be a family man and do this? Pretty Nicole herself is not yet 16. Old men messing with her are as mentally disturbed as her, Balaam revealed.
Balaam Barugahara who plays a crucial role in shaping policies and programs that promote the welfare and development of the youth and children in Uganda suggested that Pretty Nicole needed to be enrolled in a vocational school to equip her with essential skills that can help her make her own money and stop depending on men for financial handouts. This will somehow put her out of harm’s way from the men who are looking at preying on her.

Pretty Nicole needs to go to schools out of town. In those far districts like Katakwi, Karamoja because men disturb them a lot in Kampala.
The media keeps hyping her yet she is still a baby with an immature mind. She needs our help; I’m going to speak to her lawyer to have her brought to me for training in a vocational school so that she can earn clean money. Because if she keeps depending on money from men, she will die of AIDS, Balaam Barugahara said.
