Events promoter Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi has expressed his dissatisfaction with fellow promoter Abitex’s Promotions for masterminding Alien Skin’s Sitya Danger concert.
Following the falling out of singers Pallaso and Alien Skin, the latter reacted by staging his maiden concert on the same day as the former’s.
The development has since elicited divergent reactions online, with some supporting Alien Skin’s decision.
Others, on the other hand, have criticised the Fangong Forest Entertainment singer’s decision, including Balaam.
In an interview with Spark TV, Balaam, the promoter of Pallaso’s Love Fest Concert, said that he didn’t expect Abitex, the head of the Promoters’ Association, to compete with his event.
Balaam noted that he was informed that Abitex bought Alien Skin’s ‘Sitya Danger concert’ at a fee of Ugx 1.3M.
He continues by emphasising that the Promoters’ Association’s main objective is to bring all promoters together in an effort to put an end to the fighting but Abitex has acted contrary.

Balaam maintained that it is absurd that Abtex doesn’t learn from his mistakes, the most recent of which was a stampede at Freedom City on new year’s Eve, that left several revellers dead.
Alien Skin and Pallaso are expected to hold their concerts at Freedom City and Lugogo Cricket Oval respectively on 09th June 2023.
