Next Media and Events MC Douglas Lwanga has refuted claims that he fell off the stage during his performance.
Recently, a video has been circulating on social media, showing an individual misstepping and falling awkwardly from a podium.
This footage captured the attention of Ugandan social media users, who mistakenly believed the person in the video was Douglas Lwanga, prompting many to express their concern for his well-being.
Earlier today, Lwanga encountered the video and clarified that he was not the individual depicted.
In a conversation with one of our reporters, he mentioned that he had only recently become aware of the video due to his busy work commitments.
He shared that he had been receiving numerous calls from friends inquiring about his health, unaware that he was making headlines for an incident he had not experienced.

Lwanga reassured everyone that he is in good health and expressed his appreciation to those who reached out to check on him.
