Fik Gaza has spoken out about the viral allegations slapped against him by one journalist who claimed that the singer together with his group beat him to a pulp.
According to the journalist, he was backstage working when Fik Gaza and his group forcefully took away his phone. When he tried to resist, they allegedly kicked him to the ground for specifically asking for his SIM cards.
They kicked him to the point that he broke his jaw and lost some of his teeth. He could no longer stand, walk, or even eat well because of the injuries he sustained.
He alleged that he tried on numerous occasions to reach out to Fik Gaza but in vain. Instead, he chose to blackmail him while promising to pay his hospital bills.
Up to now, he has done nothing about it. All the metals they put in me were very expensive and I borrowed money to pay for them, Fik Gaza said.
Alien Skin on the other hand denied knowing the victim, and only offered to help with the hospital bills after he had heard about the incident. Despite sending him some money on different occasions, he was surprised when he saw the journalist making false statements against him in the media.
I do not know that guy. As I was approaching Mukono, Makona told me that one journalist had been beaten while we were getting out of the venue. The guy was given my number and he called me letting me know about the incident. I told him to go to the hospital, promising to visit him after my show.
I had another show during the day and when he told me, I sent him money to clear some bills through mobile money. I was just surprised that he came out and put it in the news. So, I let him do as he pleases, he said.
He acknowledged that the beating happened right in front of him while the journalist was trying to shoot content of Fik Gaza and a group of artists he was moving with. When the group moving with the artists tried to stop him, he refused and they ended up grabbing his phone.

He, however, denied allegations that he took the journalist’s phone, claiming it was too cheap compared to the phones he holds
I think he was influenced by someone to say all he said. He told me he had lost his phone and it cost him 300K; there was no way I could steal it because I hold expensive phones, he said.
