Popular blogger and TV personality, Kasuku alias Isaac Daniel Katende has called out band singer Henry Mwanje, accusing him of grooming a young boy named Pius into becoming a girl.
In a video shared online, the ‘Talk And Talk’ show presenter tasked Henry Mwanje to come out and issue a statement, promising that he will nurture and raise Pius as the responsible boy that he is and stop encouraging him to dress up like a young woman. Kasuku questioned why Pius would appear in public dressed ridiculously and fully be entertained by adults like Mwanje.
If you don’t, I will be one of the people to have you arrested. If you can’t do this, just leave him alone. The guy is called Pius and he is a boy. Why then is he behaving like a girl? We would understand the feminine hormones but not the dressing. Why would a boy at that age be using makeup and putting on crop tops like women, Kasuku noted.
Kasuku believes the right solution to have Pius back on track is to admit him to Kampiringisa Rehabilitation Centre, which is Uganda’s national juvenile detention center housing hundreds of vulnerable street children and young people in conflict with the law. He believes his stay at the facility will help shape him into the young man that he is meant to be and do away with the feminine traits.
We are kindly asking you to let the boy be a boy, if he can’t, places like Kampiringisa can help shape him. This is the point I want to call out government bodies; like when do these centers sensitize people about the services they offer? Children are getting wasted on the internet but you never come up to say you can sort this out yet the budgets are directed to you every year. You are the people we are going to hold responsible for moral decay, Kasuku revealed.
Kasuku further revealed that Pius was free to do what he wanted and live the life he found pleasing only when he turned 18 years old. Due to the mileage and audience he gets on social media, Kasuku thinks he will negatively influence the young children who look up to him.
Pius, who identifies as Bianca, rose to fame on popular social media platform, TikTok when Mwanje started featuring him in video clips and posting them on the platform. The videos went viral, turning the young boy into one of the most famous TikTok figures in the country.
Bianca embodied feminine traits that are widely considered atypical for men or masculinity. He has on many occasions appeared in public spaces donning wigs, leggings, crop tops, nose pins, and applying makeup but continues to emphasize that he is heterosexual, denying allegations of being gay.

Bianca in one of his interviews claimed that he started the habit of crossdressing right from childhood and his mother never said anything about it. He claimed he always turned down the male clothes bought for him, opting for his sisters’ feminine clothes every time he went out to play.
