Former Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) presidential aspirant King Saha has today been announced as the newly appointed vice President.
Earlier today, UMA through its president Cindy Sanyu Okuyo announced a major reshuffle in its Cabinet, Committees, and Secretariat.
The reshuffle saw singer Manisur Semanda alias King Saha bag a Vice presidential seat. UMA attributed Saha’s appointment to the position to his wealth of experience in the music industry, coupled with his unwavering dedication to the advancement of Ugandan music.
According to a press statement accessed by Exclusive Bizz, King Saha’s appointment as Vice President and the strategic reshuffle of leaders invigorate their journey toward a stronger, united music community.

New Vice President: UMA is thrilled to introduce Manisur Semanda, popularly known as King Saha, as the newly appointed Vice President of the association. Following the suspension of UMA elections by the Minister of Gender, Labour, and Social Development and the announcement of O government funding for a nationwide election, UMA will continue to function under the interim regime.
