Swangz Avenue singer Vinka has revealed that her career has not been affected by her marriage and being a mother of one.
As an active singer and performer, the Swangz Avenue star is always booked and busy with several shows happening at night and some usually require her to travel long distances.
Contrary to what society thinks that her kind cannot sustain a marriage, Vinka has survived this long because her husband is well aware of the kind of job she does and he is quite comfortable with what it entails.
My husband found me doing music and he knows very well the type of job I do. After stepping off the stage, I head straight home. I give my family time; It is not that I am on stage from Monday to Monday, she said.
On Valentine’s Day 2021, Vinka surprised her followers when she posted a picture holding her newborn baby’s hand. She followed it up by sharing a picture showing what looked like a secret marriage ceremony, unveiling her husband, Nelly Witta for the very first time.
Whilst people had a belief that when a musician at the peak of her career gets married and starts having kids, they would lose their career and their good physique, Vinka proved them wrong as she bounced back on stage, bigger and hotter than ever.
She revealed that she did proper research on how she could juggle marriage and her career and looked for different ways to maintain her body in shape. This helped build her confidence back while on stage.

I love myself so much and I first took time to ask questions around and get to know how it works out for some people and God helped me bounce back so quick. But I’m lucky that my genes are not bad. But it all depends on someone and how much they love themselves, she revealed.
