Singer Pallaso on valentine’s day was meant to perform in Masaka as per his Golden Tour Border2Border.
Being the artist of the year, the singer was overloaded with gigs on valentine’s day, making it hard for him to accomplish them on time.

During one of his last shows at Maria Flo Hotel in Masaka, the singer turned up late only to find haywire revelers.
Since the singer could not perform at that time, he was forced to apologize to his fans the next day by, a word of mouth and rendering community service.
Pallaso mobilized his team, ordered for the necessary equipment for them to clean various city streets while interacting with a few citizens.
To all my fans in Masaka, I sincerely apologize for making it late for the show last night. I understand why you ran out of patience and the situation went out of hand. It was my fault and I am truly sorry. I have swept a few streets with my friends down town Masaka today to remind you that I am your son and you mean the world to me. I cant be anything without you. I hope my apology will bring you nearer to me. I am so sorry for hurting you. Forgive me please
