Renowned veteran music producer Didi aka Abdul Karim Muchwa has publicly revealed that he is HIV+
Didi has for the past few years been to and fro hospitals, as he has been grappling with numerous illnesses.
During his most recent ailment, Producer Didi was diagnosed and revealed that he is HIV+, an infection that has attacked people’s body immune systems over the years.
Following a successful counseling session, Didi exhibited resilience and publicly revealed his HIV status.

He revealed that in his next journey, he will embark on sensitizing people to live positively and to help talented musicians push the cause.
Didi is not the first public figure to reveal his HIV status, as MC Kats, and Philly Bongole Lutaaya among others took the same path and sensitized Ugandans in an effort to curb the spread of the infection.
