Western Uganda-based singer Ray G born Muhairwe Reegan has admitted to preventing his wife from pursuing a career in the media.
Over the year years, Ray G’s wife, Annabella Twinomugisha, had been employed in the media industry, previously working at TV West.
However, it has been reported that Ray G eventually put a stop to her media career, although the specific reasons remain undisclosed.
While speaking to this website, the singer acknowledged this development but chose to keep the motives behind his decision private.
He emphasized that as husband and wife, they have the right to make decisions that they believe are best for them.
He expressed his belief that family should always come first and that he wanted to ensure that his wife had the time and energy to devote to their home life.
