Renowned news anchor and reporter Ritah Kemigisa Abwooli Tricy has resigned from her duties at the Nation Media Group-owned radio station.
Ritah Kemigisa joined K FM seven years back to carry out her internship. However, after exhibiting the traits of a good employee, she was retained and she has since been employed there as a news anchor.
According to Ritah, her seven-year tenure running the K FM airwaves every morning and evening has been incredible and deemed it an awe-inspiring journey.
As she laid down her working tools at K FM, Ritah thanked her supervisor Catherine Ageno for being the guiding mirror and the head of radio Joseph Beyanga Joe Walker for believing in her and giving her the opportunity to join his team.
She went on to thank her workmates, for being a super force to reckon with and the listeners and readers, for being a great support system.
Ritah Kemigisa insisted that K FM would always be a part of her family despite parting ways with the company.

My stint at KFM as news anchor and reporter has come to an end. It has been an incredible seven years running the airwaves every morning and evening.
I have had an awe-inspiring journey from the day I joined the newsroom as an intern.
