Sipapa, a well-known socialite has been returned to Luzira prison on charges of robbery.
In late 2022, Sipapa was apprehended and detained for his involvement in multiple robbery cases.
Despite the socialite’s continuous appearances in court to face accountability for his actions, his attempts to secure bail have been unsuccessful.
Earlier today, he was brought before the Magistrate court in Makindye, where the fifth witness, an expert from the forensics department, was presented.
According to Sipapa’s attorney, Geffrey Turyamureeba, the witness presented their evidence, but some of their claims were challenged for not adhering to the required legal procedures and other factors.

The judge has subsequently set a new date, until July 18, 2024, to determine whether the presented evidence complies with the law or not.
