Content creator and prank master Jose Angel Napi Ondo was reduced to tears after his new iPhone 15 pro max was stolen during his visit to Uganda.
While narrating his ordeal, Napi revealed that he was driving along Busega highway on his way to make content, he pulled out his phone to get directions from Google Maps and before he knew it, an unidentified man snatched it from the car window and made off.
Napi took to his social media handles and through a video clip, he begged any Ugandan who had any information about the phone to bring it back to him.
“He is not going to use the phone. He will never make use of the phone because the security in that phone is very tight. Let him bring the phone back, don’t worry I will sort you out my brother and I will never tell anybody what happened,” he begged.
In the shared clip, we see Napi’s Ugandan TikToker friend translated Napi’s plea to Luganda, begging the person who took the phone to hand it over back to the owner as a big reward awaited him.
“We are pleading with you to bring back Napi’s phone. If you want money, we will give it to you. We shall reward you and give you any amount of money that you want because we have it. We are pleading with you to bring the phone at Sky Hotel or anywhere,” he said.
Napi flew into Uganda a few months back to not only create content but also share ideas with our local content creators. The theft of his phone left him wondering how he would link up again with fellow TikTokers.
“How am I going to link up and have a meeting with Ugandan TikTokers again? What is this, please bring it back because trust me you are never going to use it. I do not know where this guy is from, I had been having a good time here, I do not know where on earth he came from and just snatched my phone,” he promised and he begged his followers to share the video widely.
His trip to the motherland has been filled with a series of unfortunate events including being hit by a Ugandan security guard over a prank video.
