King Saha has denied speculation that releasing his 100 revolutionary songs is a sign that he is preparing to run for political office in the next general election.
Earlier this year, King Saha released his third studio album dubbed ‘100 Songs Of Revolution’ featuring songs that address the issues affecting the citizens. This made many think that he was eyeing a political seat.
However, during an interview, Saha cleared the air, revealing that his music only focuses on airing out everyday people’s struggles. As an artist, it is part of his responsibility to voice out these issues and bring awareness to them.
Having released less than ten songs out of 100 so far, King Saha promises to release more since he still has more issues to address.
He commended fellow musicians who have done a good job in raising awareness on the various issues and also encouraged others to follow suit.

If people approach me with issues they want me to address, I will sing about them. It doesn’t mean I’m contesting for a political post. Many things are happening in our country that need to be aired out and if we don’t, no one else will, he said.
