Renowned actress Mukisa Prossy, known by her stage name Nabbosa Top TV, is eager to enter the world of active politics.
Nabbosa has gained fame for her performances in various local films, such as “Mr. Right,” which is available on the video platform YouTube.
After witnessing the shortcomings in her constituency, Nabbosa has taken it upon herself to run for a seat in Parliament and represent her constituents.
In preparation for the 2026 elections, Nabbosa recently met with her supporters in Kikoge village, Busujju constituency, where she expressed her intentions to vie for a member of parliament position.
During the gathering, Nabbosa Top TV shared some of her manifesto points with her fans and received their enthusiastic approval to proceed with her campaign.
Nabbosa generously bestowed her supporters with various items, such as a bicycle and a bull, as prizes for the victorious local football teams. Moreover, essential everyday commodities like soap, salt, sugar, and more were distributed to uplift the lives of the less fortunate.
Nabbosa plans to run for the seat under the National Unity Platform (NUP) party, and she is confident that she will receive their endorsement.
Currently, the Busujju constituency is represented by Hon. Kalwanga, but it remains uncertain whether he will seek re-election in 2026.
