Media personality Andrew Kyamagero and his wife Linda Ndagire Kyamagero have this evening survived being kidnapped by armed men with concealed motives in the areas of Kikulu Zone.
Taking to his X handle, Andre Kyamagero revealed that they experienced a terrifying incident when they were followed by a car for more than 40 minutes, carrying three men, one of whom was armed.
He mentioned that despite the perilous situation, they had to console these men who were familiar with both his names.
Andrew Kyamagero pointed out that the men were driving a vehicle with counterfeit number plates, expressing gratitude for the prompt response of the police, which prevented the situation from escalating further.
Moreover, he praised the professionalism and bravery of the police, who ensured their safety.
Kyamagero further disclosed that one of the suspects was apprehended by the community and later handed over to the authorities, urging anyone with information about him to share it through his social media inbox.
