Swangz Avenue singer Azawi has expressed her desire to do an EP or album with renowned rapper Keko.
After Keko’s unexpected appearance at Azawi’s recent concert, the latter has expressed her admiration for the former’s music and her eagerness to collaborate on several music projects together.
Despite taking a hiatus from her career for a significant period, Azawi believes Keko’s music has been a major force in the Ugandan music scene.
Azawi revealed that she has been a Keko fan from way back, and conveyed her firsthand experience of witnessing the rapper’s collaborations with other musicians culminate in remarkable success.
Azawi, who has been making a name for herself with her catchy songs, believes that a collaboration with Keko would be a perfect match.
Azawi claims that Keko, a highly skilled artist, actively promotes and supports her fellow artists and the prospect of collaborating on a music project with her is something the Swangz star considers to be an aspiration fulfilled.
The “Sankofa” star maintained that despite facing significant challenges that have altered Keko’s trajectory in the industry, she remains poised for a promising future in her career.
The two artists have not yet announced any official plans to collaborate, but fans eagerly anticipate the possibility of a joint project.
