Renowned social activist, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur Frank Gashumba has hailed Jose Chameleone and his team for denying National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Bobi Wine, the ailing Leone Island singer, access to Nakasero Hospital.
In an interview, Frank Gashumba noted that Chameleone’s team’s decision was the best decision, explaining that Bobi Wine just wanted to use this moment for camera attention and didn’t have any concern for his health.
“Chameleone was very right to make that decision because Bobi Wine is the most selfish, heartless and envious person. His main intention of visiting him was for the media to see him and release the pictures. He wanted to pretend that he loves and cares about him,” Frank Gashumba said.
Additionally, he dared Bobi Wine to get money and fund Jose Chameleone’s treatment abroad if he cared so much about his well-being instead of putting up a show.
“If that is the case, NUP receives Shs. 3.8 B from the government of Uganda. Out of all that money, I dare him to get some money from that and fly Jose Chameleone to South Africa, Spain or Turkey if you love him so much,” he concluded.
Last week, Bobi Wine left his followers amazed after he visited Jose Chameloene in the hospital despite not being on good terms.
Videos of the Leone Island boss wheeled into Nakasero hospital went viral on social media, prompting fans and fellow artists to send out their get-well-soon messages. Bobi Wine took time off his busy schedule to visit his ailing colleague.

However, upon his arrival, he was unable to see Jose Chameleone. In a message he shared with his followers on his socials, Bobi Wine explained that he was currently unable to receive visitors because he had been sedated. His medical team put a halt on all his hospital visitors from accessing him.
Despite being unable to see him, Bobi Wine encouraged his followers and fans to continue praying for his speedy recovery.
