Media personality and singer Crysto Panda has revealed that he has earned more from his music career than his television/radio jobs.
Following his breakthrough song in 2020, Crysto Panda has released several songs drawing lyrical inspiration from trendy phrases on social media.
This saw music lovers heavily criticize him, with some claiming he was better a presenter than a musician.
Crysto Panda, however, remained unbothered by the negative remarks and always laughed off the trolls because of how much the same music has earned him. He in turn challenged his critics to disclose their achievements, questioning if they are earning more than the ‘talentless’ artist they claim he is.
“That is why I just laugh at people who abuse me and say I’m not a good musician. I just ignore those who say I should quit music because they are foolish. For example, I started my multi-million salon business from just one song; Empele but people do not know. If you just come out of nowhere and say I’m not talented, what do you have to show out of it?” he said.

Crysto Panda also boasted about his busy schedule with bookings coming from all over the country from people he least expected to be consuming his music.

Speaking to the young artists struggling to get their big break, the singer encouraged them to persevere and focus on monetizing their art instead of listening to haters.
“At the end of the day, it is not about who does and who doesn’t know how to sing. There is money in music if you set yourself right. Just go on with your music and do not mind the naysayers. If you set yourself right and ignore what people say, you will get your own fanbase,” he said.
