Ssembatya Mariam alias Dorah has threatened to sue Bruno K over using her photo as his forthcoming song’s cover art without her consent.
For several days now, Dorah has been making media rotations exposing Bruno K for making her pregnant and dumping her.
Earlier today, Bruno K broke the silence, and pledged to address Dorah’s allegations in his impending song with Gravity Omutujju dubbed “Nakulyako.”
However, the song’s cover art which he shared on his socials featured Dorah’s photo, something that seemingly didn’t impress the Mukono-based beautician and businesswoman.
Through her lawyers Reeve Advocates, Dorah issued an intention to sue document, accusing Bruno K of breach of privacy rights.
In the legal document making rounds on social media dated 23 September 2023, Dorah argues that Bruno K used her photo without her permission, hence violating her constitutional right to privacy enshrined in the Constitution as well as breaching the Data Protection Act, 2019.

The letter goes on to demand that Bruno K immediately retracts the post in question, and halt any further plans intended to infringe upon the rights of Dorah before mentioning that should he decide not to heed the advice, the legal team is to drag the singer to Court at his peril, embarrassment, cost and perpetual regret.
