Singer Evelyne Nakabira alias Evelyne Lagu has confirmed the dates and venue for her forthcoming charity concert.
At the start of last month (Aug. 2023), Evelyn Lagu went public and pleaded with events promoters to stage for her a concert before her last breath.
In a social media post, Evelyn expressed her desire to see her fans together as they celebrate and remember her at her own concert.
In light of her plea, veteran singer Mesach Semakula availed the Papaz Spot venue free for Evelyn Lagu to hold her concert.
On Friday this week, Evelyn Lagu took to Facebook, sharing her concert flyer confirming the dates and venue for her impending event.
According to the flyer making rounds on social media, Evelyn’s event is dubbed the “Evelyn Love Charity” concert and will be held on 28 October 2023 at Papaz Spot in Makindye.

The entry fees have been levied as Ugx 20K ordinary, 50K VIP, and 1M a table. Based on Evelyn’s recent revelation while addressing members of the press, she noted that proceeds from her concert will go towards her medical treatment and her well-being as she continues to battle kidney and heart complications.
