Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba is gearing up to hold a thanksgiving ceremony to celebrate his championing of the Uganda-Rwanda border opening.
Slated for 19th April 2023, the festivities are expected to be held at Kigezi High School Playground in Western Uganda.
Several musicians have been lined up to entertain Gen. Muhoozi’s fans, who are reportedly hoping he would succeed his father the president of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Spice Dina, Jose Chameleone, Eddy Kenzo, and Vinka among others, are some of the artists expected to thrill revelers at the forthcoming event.
However, while Spice Diana is a close associate of opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi Ssenatamu, netizens have criticized her, claiming she is a traitor for sidelining the oppressors.
These have embarked on a campaign that rallies fellow opposition supporters to boycott Spice Diana’s music.

The development, however, has since generated discord among Spice Diana’s fans, with some standing up for Spice arguing that politics and business shouldn’t mix.
Others, on the other hand, have maintained that Spice should pull out from the event reasoning she shouldn’t feat with people that have caused misery to Ugandans for decades.
