Hajat Kulthum Nabunnya Gumisiriza couldn’t hold tears from rolling down her cheeks during the concluded late Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata Batte’s Duaa.
On 4th December 2020, the outspoken Muslim leader Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata Batte breathed his last following a short illness.
He left a lasting impact, nevertheless, and every year his loved ones and followers commemorate his legacy and hold prayers for him.
In the same vein, on Thursday this week, the late Muzaata’s widow Hajat Kulthum Nabunya joined several Muslim clerics and family, to hold a Ramadhan Duwa for the late Muslim leader.
In a statement to the media, Hajat Kulthum Nabunnya said that they chose to hold prayers for her late husband on Thursday because, before his demise, he strongly believed that Thursday was the most appropriate day for praying for loved ones.
She added that before his demise, he always urged her to use Thursday to pray for her parents, and everyone that mattered in her life.
Midway through the prayer session, Hajat Kulthum seemingly reminisced about the good moments she once shared with her late husband, and teared up.
It should be remembered that following Sheikh Muzaata’s death, Hajat Kulthum moved on and got married to South African-based engineer Akaram Gumisiriza, and the pair is reportedly expecting a baby soon.
