Hajat Kulthum Nabunya’s husband Acram Gumisiriza found himself behind bars after allegedly being accused of rape.
Based on the reports pertaining to Acram’s incarceration, it is alleged that he solicited sexual services from a yet-to-be-identified woman.
Upon their arrival at home, the woman resolved to abstain from engaging in any sexual relations with Acram and remained steadfast in her decision.
Nevertheless, Acram came to the realization that the woman had documented their entire dialogue, which left him with a displeasing sensation.
It is alleged that Acram brandished a panga and proceeded to engage in non-consensual sexual intercourse with the woman.
The aforementioned woman hence stormed Kibuye Police Station and lodged a complaint of rape against Acram, and demanded a sum of Ugx 10M as settlement.
Acram was unable to procure the funds that were requested of him, hence spending a night at Kibuye Police Station.

It is important to note that Acram is married to Hajat Kulthum Nabunya, who is presently in the United States with undisclosed intentions.
