Singer Nasuuna Hajara alias Jera Kingdom has downplayed rumours suggesting that she is battling HIV/AIDS.
Over a year back, renowned singer Jera Kingdom took a musical sabbatical after contracting an odd ailment.
This generated rumours that the budding singer was battling HIV/AIDS, and was under her mother’s custody.
However, while taking part in an interview on Sanyuka TV, Jera Kingdom distanced herself from being diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
Teary Jera acknowledged being ill previously and noted that she was bewitched by fellow musicians over reasons best to them.
She stressed that she is currently doing fine, and in an effort to regain her standing in the music business, she recently released a song “Tombawala”, which features Gravity Omutujju.

Jera Kingdom is not the only singer to express dissatisfaction with the way witchcraft has been handled in the music business; many others have also had their shine diminished in similar ways.
