Last week, the battle lines were drawn between Jojo K Taylor and socialite Judith Heard, sparked by a live video session. Jojo, a black woman married to a white man and living a lavish lifestyle was asked by female followers for connections to rich white men.
She emphasized that her success originates from hard work, not her marriage and instead advised followers to seek kind and loving partners instead because not everyone who marries a white man becomes successful.
During the live video, Jojo K Taylor mentioned Judith Heard as an example, suggesting that her relevance faded immediately after her separation from a rich white man. She claimed that Judith Heard failed to attain something to her name for all the time she spent with her man and when it was all over, she failed to maintain her lifestyle on her own because she was now broke.
She was once trending, married a rich man, flaunted around, she did all this and at the end of it all, she got saved. She is the right example, if you are a public figure, you are a point of reference because she is the one we know, Jojo K Taylor said.
This triggered Judith Heard, who also hoped on a live video, making it clear how she could not fight with Jojo because she sells bedroom herbal medicine because that would be her insulting her grandmother in the village who does the same job. She also questioned the safety of Jojo K Taylor’s medicine and encouraged girls to visit their villages and get authentic products from the original source.
“Let us learn to respect people, that’s all I can say. To the young girls that buy your medicine, I do not understand them. How can you buy something that you can get from home at no cost. The things they are mixing for you will bring you cancer,” she said.
As a born-again Christian, Judith Heard further for respect and love, despite feeling hurt by Jojo’s comments.

I look at your video and wonder how you could say something this hurtful to a fellow human being. We are all human beings with hearts. So, when you start saying things that are going to hurt me, I cannot wish you bad, instead I start to pray for you. Let us make God famous and love one another. I know they say love your enemies, and I’m trying with this, she said.
In Jojo’s defense, she clarified that she meant no harm and only used Judith Heard as an example. She said the online beef was being fueled by netizens who have issues with her different opinions online and were using her comment out of proportion.

Judith, I do not have a problem with you. I have levels of people I have problems with and you are not in there. So, whoever tricked you into making a live for me, it was all for nothing because I have no issues with you; I’m living my best life, Jojo noted.
