Singer Juliana Kanyomozi midway through her performance at the just concluded World of Sounds event gave Myko Ouma his flowers.
On 6 October 2023, World of Sounds held its first edition at the Kampala Serena Hotel which registered a relatively good turnout.
With Myk Ouma as the headlining act, the event also featured several musicians including Juliana Kanyomozi, B2C Entertainment, Maurice Kirya, Kenneth Mugabi, and A Pass among others.
Midway through serenading revellers with her all-time classics, Juliana Kanyomozi halted her performance to convey gratitude to attendees who had come through to support the renowned figure in jazz and contemporary world music.
Juliana also revealed that over the years Myk Ouma has been a friend, a brother, an advisor, and everything in her life.
She noted that she has learnt a lot from him throughout her musical span, and he has been and continues to be a phenomenal figure in many acts’ careers.
