Singer Mikie Wine is overjoyed as his elder son, Romeo Mukwaya, achieves a remarkable result in the recently released Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) announced the 2023 PLE results on Thursday, January 25, 2024.
During the announcement of the outcomes at State House Nakasero, Dan Odongo, the Executive Director of UNEB, stated that a greater percentage of the candidates from 2023 achieved Division 3 and higher grades.
Among the students who excelled with a first-grade pass included Mikie Wine’s elder son Romeo Mukwaya.
Taking to social media, Mikie expressed his gratitude and pride for his son’s achievement.
He recognized that their modest origins had ultimately yielded results, with several more of his children still to follow suit.

Although the specific aggregate score of Romeo was not mentioned by the singer, it is evident that he passed with flying colours, securing a first-grade result.
