Earlier last year, singer Rema Namakula and her husband Dr. Hamza Ssebunya expanded their family with a new member.
Moments after giving birth, Rema revealed the daughter’s name as Aaliyah Ssebunya, but refrained from showing her face on social media.
The pair always covered their daughter’s face with an emoji, as they shared glimpses of their family online.
On Monday, however, netizens woke up to the beautiful face of Aaliyah, shared on the singer’s socials.
Aaliyah, her sister Aamal, their parents, and the family friend Evelyn Namulondo were all featured in lovely family photos that Rema shared.
The mother of two described her daughter as a “dream come true” before pleading with God to keep her safe at all times.
The development comes as Aaliyah celebrates her first birthday.
