Sam Bagenda, a renowned actor and playwright known by his stage name Dr. Bbosa was in the course of this week rushed to the hospital after falling ill.
Following the ailment, Sam Bagenda was quickly taken to the International Hospital Kampala (IHK) for treatment. He was subsequently admitted to the ICU and received close monitoring from healthcare providers.
Thankfully, he responded well to treatment and was discharged from the hospital to continue his recovery at home.
The ailment saw him miss his recent episodes of his play Paradise on Valentine’s Day at Theatre Labonita which left fans concerned about his health.
His family and fans have been relieved to hear that he is on the mend and expected to make a full recovery in the coming weeks.

Dr. Bbosa’s talent and charisma have endeared him to audiences across Uganda.
