Ahead of the music battle between Sheebah and Cindy, veteran musician Gerald Muwonge aka Clever J has declared his unflinching support for Cindy Sanyu.
The Cindy versus Sheebah music battle has seen Ugandan musicians show sides with each expressing who they are rooting for, the most recent being Clever J.
During an interview with Bukedde TV, Clever acknowledged that he has always been a fervent supporter of dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu.
Clever J claims that Sheebah’s refusal to let him enter her residence at a time when he needed her most is what made him decide to back Cindy.
Clever J pointed out that Cindy Sanyu had visited him at his house before, and they had a pleasant time together, in contrast to Sheebah’s conduct.
He continued by commenting on the impending music battle between the two female musicians, stressing that one of them promotes fashion while the other supports music.

Cindy Sanyu and Sheebah Karungi are expected to lock horns in an effort to settle their differences on 15th September 2023 at Kololo Airstrip.
