Reports on our news desk indicate that one of the most sensational breakfast TV programs “Twezimbe” will no longer air on the airwaves of Spark TV.
In 2017, Spark TV set out to start its viewers’ day with a dose of laughter through the morning TV program “Twezimbe”.
The show, which has been airing throughout the working days on Dembe FM and Spark TV, has been hosted by Ruth Kalibbala Bwanika, Isaac Daniel Katende alias Kasuku, and Shafic Kayima.
Throughout the six-year span of the show at the Serena-based news outlet, the trio has lived up to the show’s theme, of giving trending topics and favourite music hits.
However, due to reasons yet to be established, the “Twezimbe” show has been scrapped from Spark TV, and it will only air on 90.3 Dembe FM.
Ruth Kalibbala and Shafic Kayima gave an update about the reshuffle during one of their last shows on Wednesday morning.

The two revealed that the changes will take effect from 1st October 2023 to give a chance to other presenters to add a stone to the media outlet.
It’s a wrap!
